1- THE PARTIES: Between the client and/or user, who acts directly if they are a natural person, or through a person duly authorized to act on their behalf and representation in the case of a legal entity, and on the other hand MARQUIS, a national brand belonging to CREACIONES MONTEBLANCO S.A.S AND TEXTILES Y CONFECCIONES MARQUIS S.A.S., a commercial company duly constituted under Colombian laws, which has a website www.marquis.com.co, enter into this contract in accordance with the terms and conditions of use that form an integral part of this contract. CREACIONES MONTEBLANCO S.A.S AND TEXTILES Y CONFECCIONES MARQUIS S.A.S., in any case, will presume in good faith that it is contracting directly with the client or with their legal representative duly authorized to carry out this type of operation, and CREACIONES MONTEBLANCO S.A.S AND TEXTILES Y CONFECCIONES MARQUIS S.A.S. shall assume no liability for personal impersonation carried out by any client and/or user.

FIRST PARAGRAPH: To make any purchase, it is an essential requirement to register, identify oneself, and present oneself as a user on the website, activities that are carried out through an email account and a client's secret password, which is of a personal, non-transferable nature, and under the exclusive and sole responsibility of the client.

SECOND PARAGRAPH: The client is responsible for any use made of the provided password, which may not be transferred or disclosed to third parties under any circumstances. Likewise, the client must adopt all necessary security measures to prevent its misuse or knowledge by third parties. It is recommended to change the password periodically.

THIRD PARAGRAPH: In case of loss, forgetting, or exposure of the password to third parties, the user must go to the authentication section of the site where there is a "remember password" link, where by following the instructions, the client will be able to recover their password through their email or change it. If for any reason the issue cannot be resolved, they must write to the email: soporte@marquis.com.co or call our customer service line at 3006125358.

2- THE ACTIVITY: CREACIONES MONTEBLANCO S.A.S AND TEXTILES Y CONFECCIONES MARQUIS S.A.S. will make available to clients the colors in which they can purchase the products. These will be displayed as realistically as possible; however, it must be taken into account that with each equipment/computer, the chosen color may vary, so the company is not responsible for this fact if the client requests an exchange due to an error in color selection.

3- ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS: By entering, browsing, and/or using this Site, the user admits to having read and understood these Terms of Use and agrees to be bound by them and comply with all applicable laws and regulations that are part of Colombian Legislation. Furthermore, when the user utilizes any service provided on this Site, they will be subject to the rules, guidelines, policies, terms, and conditions applicable to that specific service. CREACIONES MONTEBLANCO S.A.S AND TEXTILES Y CONFECCIONES MARQUIS S.A.S. is not responsible for the material on this Site being appropriate or available for use in other locations, and access from territories where its content is illegal is prohibited. Those who decide to access this Site from other locations do so on their own initiative and it is their responsibility to comply with applicable local laws. In the event that the user does not agree with these terms, please refrain from using this Site. Any claim regarding this Site and the material contained therein is governed by the laws of Colombia. These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice at any time, under the principle of autonomy of will of CREACIONES MONTEBLANCO S.A.S AND TEXTILES Y CONFECCIONES MARQUIS S.A.S., and from the date of modification of these terms and conditions, all operations carried out between CREACIONES MONTEBLANCO S.A.S AND TEXTILES Y CONFECCIONES MARQUIS S.A.S. and the user will be governed by the modified document.

4- THE PROVISIONS: In the event that one or more of the provisions contained in these Terms and Conditions are considered null, illegal, or ineffective in any respect, the validity, legality, enforceability, or effectiveness of the remaining provisions contained herein shall not be affected or invalidated by such circumstance.

5- REVISION OF TERMS: CREACIONES MONTEBLANCO S.A.S AND TEXTILES Y CONFECCIONES MARQUIS S.A.S. may at any time revise these Terms of Use contained herein by updating this posting. By using www.marquis.com.co, the user agrees to be bound by any such revisions, which will be effective from the moment they are accessible by Users, meaning they should periodically visit this page to determine the current terms to which the user will be bound in the event they decide to use this Site.

6- INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY: All trademarks, slogans, logos, names, and any other distinctive signs, as well as utility models and/or industrial designs and other industrial or intellectual property elements inserted, used, and/or displayed on this Site are the exclusive property of CREACIONES MONTEBLANCO S.A.S AND TEXTILES Y CONFECCIONES MARQUIS S.A.S. Nothing on www.marquis.com.co may be construed as granting or assigning, under any title, authorizations, licenses, or any other right to use or dispose of the Industrial Property in any way without the written permission of CREACIONES MONTEBLANCO S.A.S AND TEXTILES Y CONFECCIONES MARQUIS S.A.S. or the holder of the rights thereof. Any unauthorized use will constitute a violation of these Terms and Conditions and current national and international regulations on Industrial Property.

7- COPYRIGHT: All computer, graphic, advertising, photographic, multimedia, audiovisual, and/or design material, as well as all content, texts, and databases made available to you on this Site are the exclusive property of CREACIONES MONTEBLANCO S.A.S AND TEXTILES Y CONFECCIONES MARQUIS S.A.S. All Content on the website is protected by Copyright regulations and by all applicable national and international standards. Except as expressly stipulated in these Terms and Conditions, any act of copying, reproduction, modification, creation of derivative works, sale or distribution, or display of the Content is prohibited in any manner or by any means, including, but not limited to, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or any other means, without the prior written permission of CREACIONES MONTEBLANCO S.A.S AND TEXTILES Y CONFECCIONES MARQUIS S.A.S. In no case do these Terms and Conditions confer rights, licenses, and/or authorizations to perform the acts described above. Any unauthorized use of the Content will constitute a violation of these Terms and Conditions and current copyright regulations; the user is only granted a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license and right to display www.marquis.com.co on a computer screen or PDA device under their control, and to copy the Content owned by CREACIONES MONTEBLANCO S.A.S AND TEXTILES Y CONFECCIONES MARQUIS S.A.S. solely and exclusively for personal, non-commercial use, provided that the user does not modify the Content in any way and retains all copyright and other proprietary notices contained therein. The user agrees under these Terms and Conditions not to modify the Site's software in any way.

Distinctive signs: The MARQUIS distinctive signs on this page are owned by CREACIONES MONTEBLANCO S.A.S AND TEXTILES Y CONFECCIONES MARQUIS S.A.S. Under no circumstances shall it be considered that the use is permitted or that any license, regardless of its nature, is being granted over the trademarks, trade names, slogans, or banners. Therefore, the use of the same is expressly prohibited, under penalty of being subject to the corresponding civil and criminal liabilities.

8- FORMATION AND COMPLETION: The purchase contract for products from CREACIONES MONTEBLANCO S.A.S AND TEXTILES Y CONFECCIONES MARQUIS S.A.S. is completed only when the client, in response to the invitation to offer made by CREACIONES MONTEBLANCO S.A.S AND TEXTILES Y CONFECCIONES MARQUIS S.A.S., submits the purchase offer by selecting the product and making the payment according to the payment methods offered on the page. Under no circumstances shall CREACIONES MONTEBLANCO S.A.S AND TEXTILES Y CONFECCIONES MARQUIS S.A.S. be obliged under any assumption to accept a purchase offer.

SOLE PARAGRAPH: If the purchase intended to be made exceeds a quantity of twenty (20) products, CREACIONES MONTEBLANCO S.A.S AND TEXTILES Y CONFECCIONES MARQUIS S.A.S. reserves the right to forward this purchase offer to the company's corporate business channel, as it is considered an institutional sale, in order to prevent the improper commercialization of products.

9- TERM FOR ACCEPTANCE OF THE OFFER: CREACIONES MONTEBLANCO S.A.S AND TEXTILES Y CONFECCIONES MARQUIS S.A.S. may accept the offer immediately after the payment is made, which may be accepted in whole or in part.

FIRST PARAGRAPH: Acceptance of the offer will be made via email sent to the address provided by the client using the expression "thank you very much for your purchase" ("muchas gracias por su compra") or a similar phrase. Our client must take into account that mere registration, the provision of the personal password to our client, or the submission of information or transaction does not signify acceptance of any offer.

SECOND PARAGRAPH: In the event that CREACIONES MONTEBLANCO S.A.S AND TEXTILES Y CONFECCIONES MARQUIS S.A.S., for any reason, does not accept the offer made in whole or in part, it will proceed to refund the money in whole or in part as applicable, to an account owned by the offeror in an amount identical to that deposited in our accounts, without any type of interest, compensation, or other items.

THIRD PARAGRAPH: For the refund of money, the payment method will be observed as follows: For payments made by debit card, savings, or current account, the refund will be made within a term of eight (8) business days. However, if the payment was made with a credit card, the refund order will be executed within fifteen (15) business days, without any liability on the part of CREACIONES MONTEBLANCO S.A.S AND TEXTILES Y CONFECCIONES MARQUIS S.A.S. for any delays that the financial institution may have.

10- PRICE: The total value of the purchase will consist of the following items to be paid by the client: product value, taxes, and shipping expenses if applicable.

FIRST PARAGRAPH: CREACIONES MONTEBLANCO S.A.S AND TEXTILES Y CONFECCIONES MARQUIS S.A.S. undertakes to constantly review and update the prices mentioned on the website, and in turn, our client and/or user must be attentive in the event of any fluctuations in them.

SECOND PARAGRAPH: CREACIONES MONTEBLANCO S.A.S AND TEXTILES Y CONFECCIONES MARQUIS S.A.S. will inform or publish the transport and shipping rate that the goods will have, which will be generated depending on the costs, items, and policies of the transport company, which are independent, autonomous, and external to CREACIONES MONTEBLANCO S.A.S AND TEXTILES Y CONFECCIONES MARQUIS S.A.S. Within the freight cost, the location within the Colombian territory to which the purchased products must be sent, as well as their size and weight, must be taken into account.

11- PAYMENT CONDITIONS: Payment shall be made solely and exclusively through the following means: 1. Credit Cards: Visa, Diners, MasterCard, American Express. 2. Debit Cards: Maestro, Electron. 3. PAYU.

SOLE PARAGRAPH: Prior to our acceptance of any purchase Offer, the client must choose the terms and conditions of payment for the corresponding price, according to the payment methods already specifically established on this Site. Even though CREACIONES MONTEBLANCO S.A.S AND TEXTILES Y CONFECCIONES MARQUIS S.A.S. provides the client with a secure connection system for the execution of all purchase offers, under no circumstances will it be responsible for communication failures of banking or credit entities, nor for damages caused to users due to an action or omission of said entities.

12- RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (DERECHO DE RETRACTO): The consumer must return the product to CREACIONES MONTEBLANCO S.A.S AND TEXTILES Y CONFECCIONES MARQUIS S.A.S. by the same means and in the same conditions in which it was received. The transport costs and any others involved in the return of the good shall be covered by the consumer. The maximum term to exercise the right of withdrawal shall be five (5) business days counted from the delivery of the good or the celebration of the contract in the case of the provision of services. The following cases are exempted from this rule according to the corporate purpose carried out by CREACIONES MONTEBLANCO S.A.S AND TEXTILES Y CONFECCIONES MARQUIS S.A.S.: In contracts for the acquisition of goods for personal use. CREACIONES MONTEBLANCO S.A.S AND TEXTILES Y CONFECCIONES MARQUIS S.A.S. must refund all sums paid in money to the consumer without any discounts or retentions for any concept. In any case, the refund of money to the consumer may not exceed thirty (30) calendar days from the moment the right was exercised.

13- REVERSION OF PAYMENT: The law provides that in sales carried out through electronic commerce mechanisms, such as the Internet, and where a credit card, debit card, or any other electronic payment instrument has been used to make the payment, the participants in the payment process must reverse the payments requested by the consumer when they are the victim of fraud, correspond to an unsolicited operation, the acquired product is not received, or the delivered product does not correspond to what was requested or is defective. For the reversion of payment to proceed, within five (5) business days following the date on which the consumer became aware of the fraudulent or unsolicited operation, or should have received the product, or received it defective or not corresponding to what was requested, the consumer must file a complaint before CREACIONES MONTEBLANCO S.A.S AND TEXTILES Y CONFECCIONES MARQUIS S.A.S. and return the product, when applicable, and notify the issuer of the electronic payment instrument used to make the purchase of the claim, which, together with the other participants in the payment process, will proceed to reverse the transaction to the buyer.

14- INVOICE: The invoice will be sent together with the acquired product to the address mentioned by the client.

15- TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP: The transfer of ownership takes place as soon as CREACIONES MONTEBLANCO S.A.S AND TEXTILES Y CONFECCIONES MARQUIS S.A.S. places the good or product in the hands of the transport company to be sent to the client or to the person designated by them.

FIRST PARAGRAPH: Nevertheless, the client or recipient of the good or product must validate the condition of their product at the moment of delivery and refrain from receiving it immediately if the packaging or wrapping of the product presents damage, tears, openings, or similar defects, leaving due notation or record of that fact before the transport company. CREACIONES MONTEBLANCO S.A.S AND TEXTILES Y CONFECCIONES MARQUIS S.A.S. will not accept claims for receipt of products in poor condition if no notes or observations to that effect are presented on the delivery guide.

16- PACKAGING OF PRODUCTS: The client accepts that the products will be packed and presented in a plastic bag and/or cardboard box that complies with the necessary conditions for the proper preservation of the product.

17- PRODUCT WARRANTY: CREACIONES MONTEBLANCO S.A.S AND TEXTILES Y CONFECCIONES MARQUIS S.A.S. offers a thirty (30) day warranty for obvious manufacturing defects under normal conditions of use. The availability of spare parts, components, supplies, and trained labor will be five (5) calendar days, counted from the expiration date of the product warranty. To make the warranty effective for any of the products commercialized through our website, the client must follow the procedure according to the case: To make the request, the client must notify through any of the contact means (Customer service line, via email to soporte@marquis.com.co, or through the "Contact Us" button on our website) providing the full name and ID number of the buyer, order number, and invoice number, so that the shipment of the product can be authorized through the transport service designated by CREACIONES MONTEBLANCO S.A.S AND TEXTILES Y CONFECCIONES MARQUIS S.A.S. In any case, the client can also make exchanges at our physical stores. The product will be submitted to the assessments of the quality department, who will indicate whether the warranty is applicable and how it will be carried out. Otherwise, CREACIONES MONTEBLANCO S.A.S AND TEXTILES Y CONFECCIONES MARQUIS S.A.S. will generate a formal response explaining the reasons why the warranty does not apply and will return the product(s) to the initial shipping address.

FIRST PARAGRAPH: The client accepts and declares that CREACIONES MONTEBLANCO S.A.S AND TEXTILES Y CONFECCIONES MARQUIS S.A.S. shall not have any type of liability for the transport of the product they send, given that this contract is completely autonomous and independent of the present agreement.

SECOND PARAGRAPH: Shipping costs in the event that the warranty is accepted are borne by the client. In any case, the client accepts that in the event that their request is not approved, CREACIONES MONTEBLANCO S.A.S AND TEXTILES Y CONFECCIONES MARQUIS S.A.S. will not refund the shipping costs of their product and will not assume the transport costs for their product to be sent back to the initial shipping address.

18- COMMENTS: CREACIONES MONTEBLANCO S.A.S AND TEXTILES Y CONFECCIONES MARQUIS S.A.S. reserves the right to publish or refrain from publishing any of the comments made by users of our website regarding the products. In this same sense, a comment may be removed from the aforementioned website at any time.

SOLE PARAGRAPH: Every comment published must be made using cordial, respectful language and must be related to the object being commented upon.

19- LIMITED LIABILITY: Without prejudice to what is determined in the mandatory rules of the applicable Colombian Legislation, CREACIONES MONTEBLANCO S.A.S AND TEXTILES Y CONFECCIONES MARQUIS S.A.S. assumes no liability whatsoever, including any liability for any damage or injury, including but not limited to loss of information or profits, existence of viruses, results of the use or inability to use the material on this Site, lost business opportunities, or any other damage, even if the user has advised us of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by third parties, except as expressly stipulated herein. Under the terms set forth herein, CREACIONES MONTEBLANCO S.A.S AND TEXTILES Y CONFECCIONES MARQUIS S.A.S. assumes no liability for the information provided on the page, including but not limited to that regarding products and/or services, notes of interest, opinions, practical advice, and resolution of concerns. 20- ORIGIN OF FUNDS: The client solemnly declares and sustains: a. The resources with which the purchase was made come from a lawful operation, trade, profession, activity, or business. b. The monies with which the purchase was made were NOT obtained by virtue of any type of conduct that is enshrined in Colombian law as an offense constituting a criminal violation. c. I have never allowed third parties to use my accounts or my credit or debit cards to deposit or manage monies whose origin I am unaware of or that come from conduct contrary to the law and especially to criminal law. d. I exempt CREACIONES MONTEBLANCO S.A.S AND TEXTILES Y CONFECCIONES MARQUIS S.A.S. from all liability for any erroneous, false, or inaccurate information that may have been provided in this document or for the violation thereof, such that I will be the sole responsible party for it.
